As one of the founding members of Vibrant Uptown, the group that put forward the idea of the UCPG, I think Edgard has hit the nail on the head. It is about diversity, it is about adapting to the change happening around us. The community plan is a 30 year plan. It's not for people of my generation (boomers) to decide what our neighborhoods will be for those who will be leaders in 30 years, it's our job to support them on their journey.

I found myself chuckling at your clever quips. The way you've managed to make community planning both accessible and entertaining is truly commendable. I particularly appreciated your insights on the importance of diverse representation in the UCPG. It's heartening to see someone so passionate about fostering positive change in our vibrant Hillcrest community. :) I'll certainly be sharing this with my neighbors over brunch this weekend. Keep up the fantastic work, dear!
