AMEN! This is the same philosophy I employ. Primary = vote with your heart; General = do the most good you can, to the most people that you can, for as long as you can

Back in 2016, a bunch of folks I know sat out the election or voted third party because they weren't feeling Hillary. Next thing you know, we got Trump, and our country's COVID response suffered big time. People died because of that "protest vote." That protest vote has a body count.
